A. The Calgary Apartment Association welcomes landlords and/or property managers as well as companies that provide a product or service to the residential rental industry.

Q. How Much Does It Cost To Become A Member?

A. Fees for our owner/manager members are dependant on the number of units you own. Service Members pay a fixed membership fee. All fees are established by the Board.

Q. As a property owner/manager what’s in it for me?

A. Resources, Education, Discounts, Networking

Q. As a business owner/manager what’s in it for me?

A. Membership benefits include:

  • Targeting an organized rental market representing over 40,000 housing units
