Mortgage fraud is becoming a serious problem in Alberta. The Edmonton and Calgary Real Estate Boards and the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association, want you to be aware of the dangers of becoming involved in fraudulent “get rich quick” real estate schemes.

False Fire Alarm - Fees Bylaw

On January 1, 2004, the Fire Department introduced the new Fire Fees Bylaw that brings into effect fees for select non-emergency services such as fire crew response to repeated, preventable false fire alarms.
